American Choice Home Health Care provides home health care services that include registered nurses (RN), licensed practical nurses (LPN), physical therapists (PT), occupational therapists (OT), speech therapists (ST), medical social workers (MSW) and home health aides (HHA).

A customized plan of care for nursing and therapy will be developed utilizing complete assessments and communication with the patient's physician.
